Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student possesses knowledge related to taking charge of the person and his or her family in the context of priority specific health problems with particular regard to preventive, rehabilitative and educational aspects also in the community setting. Develops the therapeutic relationship as a shared intervention tool in the multidisciplinary setting. Identifies, plans and evaluates assitential interventions and collaborates with other professionals in diagnostic-therapeutic pathways.
