Learning outcomes
At the end of the module the student has the ability to apply knowledge and understanding about physiotherapy in the geriatric and rheumatological fields, he knows the basic principles of the design and execution of interventions aimed at satisfying the needs of the subject with rheumatic and geriatric pathologies.

The plan and program of the lower limb amputee patient
Rehabilitation strategies for the lower limb amputee patient
Types of lower limb prostheses: basic notions osteoporosis

Teaching methods
Frontal lessons, presentation of clinical cases.
Assessment methods
Verification of learning takes place through an oral test during which the use of books, notes, electronic media is not allowed. The oral interview will evaluate the critical skills gained by the student on the topics covered in class and will verify the acquisition of knowledge required by the course program. The demonstration of the possession of an expressive mastery and of specific language, will be evaluated with marks of excellence. During the test, the consultation of textbooks or notes is not allowed. The evaluation will be expressed in 30ths. The test will consist of a practical part with a clinical case, on transfer and posture methods, at the same time questions will be asked regarding the theory expressed in class with particular focus on clinical reasoning.
