Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course, the student possesses the fundamentals for the set-up and critical outcome evaluation of immunohistochemical preparations, as well as related internal quality controls. He or she also acquires the basic concepts for understanding the rationale for choosing reagents and target proteins (markers), in differential diagnosis and prognostic-predictive applications.

- Immunohistochemistry methods

- Use of automated platforms
