Learning outcomes

The purpose of the internship at the dental offices is to allow the student to appreciate one of the working realities where he can practice the profession of dental hygienist after graduation. In particular, the student attends the daily work of a dental hygienist in a dental office chosen from among studies recognized through an agreement between the Faculty of Medicine and the Order of Doctors. The Order guarantees the level of professionalism and seriousness of the structure. The graduate acquires the knowledge that allows him to understand the differences between public and private structures. Furthermore, with the internship the student hones those critical skills necessary to evaluate his / her course of study in a professionalizing perspective.
