Learning outcomes
The successful student is familiar with the laws of physics, including the bases of thermodynamics, electrical forces and magnetism. The student is able to solve simple physical problems.
Course contents
The course will focus on the fundamental laws of physics underlying life sciences, and genomics in particular.
A revision of high school physics and basic mathematical tools will be provided.
Examples and problems will be proposed, some of which will require basic programming skills.
