Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student knows the main applicable legislation in the field of prevention in the living and working environments - He is able to know the functions and measures applied in the inspection activities by the judicial police officers on the environment, of life and work.
Course contents
The course will recall the rights and duties and behavioral procedures to which the prevention technician must comply and respect, both during his supervisory activity in the administrative field (administrative police) and in the event that he finds a crime and therefore takes on the role of officer or judicial police agendas.

Teaching methods
The lessons will be frontal, with numerous practical examples on teaching programs. Individual / group work moments are foreseen for the practical construction of manuals.
