Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student possesses knowledge relating the microbiology and clinical microbiology in their general and applicative aspects; he also has expertise on the cellular and molecular basis of microbial pathogenicity, on microorganism-host interactions, on the diagnostic-clinical aspects of microbiological and virological analysis.
