Learning outcomes

At the end of the module the student acquires methodological and application elements useful for integrating the knowledge obtained in the courses of Chemistry and Biochemistry.

Course contents

Concentration assays of solutions containing proteins or nucleic acids by UV-visible spectrophotometry or fluorescence analysis.

Discussion of clinical cases in relation to the metabolic biochemistry program.
