Learning outcomes

The student will be able to:
-understand the efficiency of performance in daily life activities
 even in sports-sport activities;-experience in Fitness, strictly related lending reliability,especially if this process is due to incorrect lifestyles, modifications functional ones that often affect the quality of life;- to overcome these problems, to correlate them with physical  activity. So knowledge of physical exercise programs that contribute to the achievement and the maintenance, physical efficiency, health and psycho-physical well-being. - learn what physiological changes are caused by aging provide the basis for scientifically rationalizing motor activities; -capture how the organism responds and feels from a functional point of view fit to exercise, to ensure a smooth running of the protocols  work in this age group.
