Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is able to know the vocal technique, through a series of practical paths of education and awareness of the pneumo-phono-articulatory apparatus.

Course contents

The learners in the laboratory of vocal techniques will learn the different modalities and the different logopedic rehabilitation styles, according to the different vocal pathologies, through practical laboratories and always supported by theoretical lessons.

The practice will focus on the following points:

  1. reach and tend to use an euphonic voice
  2. manage breath and posture
  3. use a correct vocal projection using the vocal tract appropriately
  4. try to articulate correctly, tending to use a correct pronunciation
  5. learn to recognize, evaluate and rehabilitate the different vocal qualities in normality and pathology
  6. to teach the different methods and rehabilitative concepts of the use of the voice

The program will also be concentrated to do

• know the theoretical foundations and general principles of the use and production of the voice, together with the physiology and anatomy of the larynx


• learn how to program targeted speech procedures, using autonomous educational and rehabilitation strategies in the speech therapy rehabilitative treatment of speech disorders


• know how the voice is produced, how it is treated and how to prevent it from possible pathologies


• learn to approach the Voice tool.
