Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is able to: compare therapy and non-surgical techniques; maintain the periodontal patient; know the endoscope in modern periodontal practice; perform non-surgical therapy in order to limit, delay or stop periodontal diseases.

Course contents

Starting from a careful analysis of the normal anatomy in the periodontal field, the teaching will develop on the main pathologies of the periodontium, identifying possible therapeutic pathways. Particular attention will be paid to both clinical and laboratory diagnostic criteria, fundamental for the correct diagnosis and setting of the appropriate treatment.
