Learning outcomes
After completing this module the student owns, through exercises,
the knowledge necessary to understand the principles of measurement
to assess cognitive skills, emotional reactions, stress and
adherence to treatment in childhood, adulthood and
aging.
Course contents
a) Psychological assessment, research method and psychological
testing: construction and standardisation of scales and tests for
measurement; b) assessment of cognitive skills and emotional
responses in childhood, adulthood and aging; c) application
of psychometry in educational, organisational, clinical and
developmental settings.
Pratical exercises will be conducted to collect and score
(virtual) data.

Lectures.
Lectures, pratical exercises, illustration
of psychological testing materials.
At the end of each lesson and topic, the

Assessment methods
The final assessment of Psychology of Organisations and Labour will
help to define the overall evaluation of "Approccio
Comportamentale Nel Trattamento Dei Pazienti Con Particolari
Necessità" Integrated Course.
The test will be written, with three open-ended question (total
time left: one hour).
