The University is developing measures that align more closely with the needs of those who study and work.
The goal is to provide you with a quality university education that can align with your work requirements, avoiding the need to opt for less qualifying paths simply because they seem more compatible with your work commitments.
Who can benefit
These measures are dedicated to those who obtain recognition of the "working student" status, which you can request at the time of the notice publication if you meet the following requirements:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's, Single Cycle, or Master's Degree programme and have registered for the academic year 2026/27
- You have performed work activity:
- For at least 3 months, with a commitment of at least 4 hours per week, in the twelve months preceding the notice deadline
or
- For no fewer than thirty working days in the twelve months preceding the notice deadline.
What you can count on
If you achieve the status of a working student, the measures available immediately – to which others will be added in the coming months, currently in the planning stage – are as follows:
- Dedicated online appointments with teachers;
- Flexibility in exam dates, varying based on the organisational characteristics of the programme. You must contact the course instructor at least 14 days before the exam date, providing all necessary information. AAlternative options will be indicated, and you will be suggested solutions that are compatible with what each individual degree programme can offer you.
- Dedicated tutoring services for peer-to-peer support activities.
Check with the programme director or with the tutor to find out whether additional benefits are available.
How to apply
For the 2026/27 academic year, applications will be open from 12:00 PM on 7 September 2026 until 12:00 PM on 23 October 2026.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Studenti Online platform by 12:00 PM on 23 October 2026.
Once you have obtained recognition, it will be valid for the entire academic year, and you may reapply for each year in which you renew your enrolment.
