Learning outcomes

The Course provides students with an adequate understanding of the different legal and institutional tools whereby private organisations, both for and non profit, can develop steady partnerships with national or local authorities (PPPs) in the delivery of services of general interest.

Course contents

The Programme

Against the EU and Italian legal framework, the legal tools and procedures relating to the establishing of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) will be analysed, also by examining some case studies.

Teaching methods

Traditional lectures and project works.

Assessment methods

Project work and a final oral exam. Interviews are aimed both at testing the understanding/knowledge of the various topics and individual's critical analysis
