Laurea (First cycle degree/Bachelor - 180 ECTS) in CULTURAL HERITAGE

Graduates will fit in the following professional roles and relative functions in the listed fields of employment:

CULTURAL HERITAGE WORKER
(with particular reference to the following sectors: archaeological and marine archaeological heritage, historical-artistic heritage, musical heritage, libraries and archives, heritage of the civilisations of Venice and the Levant (12th-18th centuries), heritage of Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean, heritage of the ancient Middle-East, anthropological heritage, environmental and landscape heritage.

Functions:

- Collaboration in the design of valorisation and promotion initiatives, activities and events in the field of cultural heritage;

- Direct participation in the management of activities in the field of cultural heritage;

- Collaboration for dissemination, raising awareness and education in the field of cultural heritage, developing and implementing specific interventions for distinct recipient groups;

- Contribution to activities concerning preservation, documentation, cataloguing and bibliographic research;

- Production of information and promotional materials.

Employed by or freelance consultant working for:

Business consulting companies and cooperatives working to contract, institutes and public and private authorities (Museums, Libraries, Archives, archaeological parks, local authorities, Ministries and Superintendencies) in the tertiary sector of cultural heritage, in the fields of archaeological, historic-artistic, musical, archiving and library, anthropological and environmental/landscaping.
