Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student knows the basic elements of the grammar of the Chinese language; she is capable of understanding and producing written texts and oral speeches; you have sufficient linguistic competence to manage non-complex communication situations.

Course contents

The course provides the basic skills for writing, reading, understanding simple texts, producing everyday dialogues with basic communicative functions.

Specifically, the student will learn to greet, introduce himself, indicate and ask where he comes from and nationality, talk about his hobbies and interests, indicate possession, express intentions and needs, describe his character, indicate his age.
From a grammatical point of view, affirmative, interrogative and negative sentences will be presented, the verb to be and have, interrogative pronouns, adverbs of frequency, constructions with verbs in series, modal verbs, classifiers, adjectival verbs, some indirect complements .

In the reading part, students will delve into aspects of reading-writing and phonetics.
