Learning outcomes

At the end of the program the student will be able teaching Ultimate Frisbee with a better knowledge of the game.

The student will have the canche to be recognized by the Italian Federation (F.I.F.D.) lika an official trainer of first level.

The studend will have a better knowledge of the model of performance in the Ultimate Frisbee, and will be aware about the main skills to develop during the athletic preparation for high level competition.

The student will have the possibility to be connect with the club of the Italian federation in charge to develop Ultimate Frisbee in the schools programs.

The student will received the license to be a coach for juniors and beginners programs inside of the club develop Ultimate Frisbee with the different teams and ages

1. The sport of the future, the exponential growing between the schools programs and work with the nationals teams

1. The importance of self-arbitration
2. What is the spirit of the game and why is it important

Fundamentals of attack and defense

1. Throwing technique and the importance of faking
