The course will give an overview of the available instruments for the measurement in the sport context, from traditional field tests, and included the most advanced, such a augmented reality, virtual reality and computer vision/simulation,
Course contents
1. Measurements theory.
2. Bilateral deficit, strength output regulation, isokinetic strength.
3. Oxygen consumption methodology.
4. Strength assessment in sport.
5. Kinematics and alghorytmhs for the vertical jump assement.
6. Application of biomechanics at the choreography of rithmyc gymnastic.
7. Surface EMG in sport.
8. Fatigue assessment by mean of spectral decomposition of the surface emg signal.
9. Injuries prevention and foot anthropometry in long distance running.
10. Some psychological tools for the athlete assessment.
11 Functional tests in sport.
12 Flexibility tests
13. Biomechanical assessment of the sport techniques.
14. A method for body center of mass study in vivo.
15. How to assess complex movements and coordination : dance.
