The course allows students understanding financial accounting, financial statements, planning and managerial accounting for sport enterprises, associations and clubs.

Company Financial Statements and Management Control:
- directional control;
- logic and purpose of the financial statements for sports organizations;
- accounting documents;
- index analysis.
Business Plan as a strategic and operational planning tool:
- strategic planning;
- the Business Plan;
- the Sport Business Plan as a strategic document;
- operational planning;
- execution and control;
- Sports business continuity.
Sports Project Management:
- projects in sports organizations;
- interaction and relationship between Sport Management and Project Management;
- Sports Project Manager.
