Learning outcomes

The goal of the course is to provide students the tools useful to evaluate and make strategic decisions, with particular attention to the coherence between resources and competences, market variables and log term objectives. By the end of the course students will learn how to manage strategic problems, will be able to analyze the success key factors and make coherent decisions.
