Learning outcomes

At the end of the L. the student, by means of meet with scholars of many branches of instructions, is able to organize coherently complex informations, is able to apply critical methodologies, is able to employ to advantage historical memory. The student is able to identify a considerable problem for historical research and is able to use appropriately the useful sources.

THE METHODS OF EXECUTION OF THE LESSONS WILL FOLLOW THE INDICATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY AND THE DEPARTMENT.

Readings/Bibliography

There will be lectures conducted by professors of different disciplines (history, archaeology, architectural history, geography) and practices based on dossier. In each lesson a bibliography will be suggested.

Teaching methods

In addition to general lessons and workshop activities, focused on the critical analysis of different types of sources (written and material), individual essays will be arranged and discussed collectively. 

Assessment methods

The assessment methods consists: 1) by the evaluation of the work; 2) by an individual essay of about 15 pages; 3) by the attendance of at least 2/3 of the meetings (signatures will be collected both at the beginning and the end of each lesson).

Students unable to attend the activity (only for motivated reasons) must agree with the teacher an alternative and equivalent activity as a commitment to the CFUs envisaged.
