Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be knowledgeable about supporting women's health with: 1) adequate information on responsible promotion and procreation; 2) prevention in health and oncology; 3) promotion of healthy lifestyles and assistance systems oriented towards self-management and self-care.

At the end of the course, students will be able to describe and understand the rationale behind the UNICEF Standards of best practices:
- Describe how human lactation works
- support mothers in the initiation and continuation of breastfeeding
- manage the challenges that may arise during the course breastfeeding
- facilitating and protecting the mother-child relationship
- spreading the culture of breastfeeding and proper nutrition for mother and child through effective communication
- describing the UNICEF Initiative for Breastfeeding and the International Code
- Prevention of female and male genital tract infections (M.S.T.)
- Female genital tract cancer prevention and cancer screening
- Accompaniment to climacteric, menopause
- Prevention of female urinary incontinence (perineum rehabilitation)
- Post-Partum Depression
