Assessment methods

Due to the health emergency the exams will be carried out online.

The exam is written with 2 open-ended questions (60 minutes time).

The exam will be carried out in open book mode. The students will be allowed to consult the exam books and notes. The questions aim above all at verifying the application of knowledge, the ability to understand and think critically, and not simply the presentation of the knowledge acquired. The test will be assessed taking into account the above mentioned aspects as well as the organisation and completeness of the content.

In order to ensure the regularity of the examination, I trust that my confidence in the ethically correct conduct of the students is well placed.

In order to take the exam, students must register in Alma Esami (https://almaesami.unibo.it/almaesami/welcome.htm please note that for written exams registrations close one week before the exam date) and must access from Eol (https://eol.unibo.it) to the virtual Teams or Zoom room associated with the date and time of the exam (otherwise the room will NOT be visible). With Teams or Zoom I will proceed to the identification (through the ID card) and the surveillance will be carried out (it will be, therefore, necessary to keep the webcam and microphone active).

In case of internet interruption during the exam, the student can send the exam as soon as possible. If this is not possible within one hour of the end of the exam, the student will need to agree with the teacher how to complete the exam. The teacher should be notified immediately of internet interruption in the manner indicated on the day of the exam.
