Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student has knowledge, as far as he is concerned, relating to the field of pathophysiology and clinical methodology of developmental age with specific expertise in preventive and social pediatrics, in general and specialized pediatric pathologies from the newborn to the adolescent.

Teaching methods

The final exam aims to assess the achievement of the teaching objectives:

- Know the main physiological characteristics of newborn, infant and child

- Know the main diseases of the neonatal and pediatric age

- Acquire the ability to orientate in front of the main neonatal and pediatric clinical pictures

Assessment methods

The final grade of the course is defined by a written test conducted with the multiple choice test, on topics related to the main objectives of the course.

The teaching material presented in class will be made available to the student in electronic format and delivered to students in class.
