Course contents

The lectures will deal with the following topics:
- law and language (use of the language, legal language and legal terms);
- interpretation (interpretation of person's will and interpretation of law);
- legal logic and legal case's solution (reasoning by analogy, defining; classification and legal rules);
- argument;
- basics of civil law.

Teaching methods

The Course will be held by Prof. Simona Tarozzi. The topics will be exposed through frontal lesson and exercitations on cases solving by group or individually. The actively participation during lesson is compulsort to final evaluation.

Assessment methods

Attendance is compulsory.

The students will be involved in discussion and solution of legal cases, during the lectures and, to get the credits, they must solve a case
