Learning outcomes

The course aims at providing intermediate understanding of the modern economic theory of organisations. At the end of the course, the student should be able to: a) analyse the relationship between economic theory of organisations and theory of contracts; b) discuss the relationship between human resource management and firms' strategies; c) understand the development of organisational structure of firms.
