Learning outcomes

Having a good grounding about italian business law and about the instruments that entrepreneurs can use in their activities: company models, business contracts and credit instruments.

It's necessary to know the basis of italian civil law.

Havin a good grounding about italian companies, cooperatives and consortium law. 

Course contents

The course will be aboout the following topics:

- Enterprise, entrepreneur: basics and groundings

- Enterprise models: business and farming; small entrepreneur; artisan

- Assets and brands

- Basics of unfair competition and antitrust law

- Credit instruments: bill-cheques-bank draft

- companies: basics and groundings

- incorporations: general partnership, limited partnership

- companies: stock company, limited company

- winding up-cahanging-merger-splitting

- cooperatives and consortium
