Learning outcomes
Competences on psychology of communication.
Course contents
Basic knowledge of verbal and nonverbal communicative processes and on advertising communication will be given to students.
Structure and function of communicative processes.
Language and communication. Verbal and nonverbal
communication.
Social processes: the conversation; the
development of communicative skills; communication and social
influence.
Nonverbal communication: basic signs and main functions.
Communication and applied psychology

Teaching methods
Traditional lecture and small group discussion will be conducted by the professor. Film presentation and discussion.
Assessment methods
Oral examination.
Examination will be made by individual oral examination after the end of the course. The oral interview will evaluate the critical and methodological abilities matured by the student, who will be invited to confront the paper and content discussed during the course and to provide possible behavioral strategies concerning the topics (course content) such as the nonverbal expressive style in the interview.
