Learning outcomes
At the end of the lessons the student will get an appropriate knowledge of the human body in relation to the movement and the the sport training.
Course contents
General knowledge about the connective tissues.
Cartilage tissue, bone tissue, skelatal muscle tissue, tendons: structure and ultrastructure.
Skeletal bones classification.
Joints classification.
Temporo-mandibular joint, scapulo-humeral joint, elbow joints,
wrist joints, hand joints, hip joint, knee joint, ankle joint, foot joint, inter-vertebral joints.
Skelatal muscles classifications.
Head and neck muscles, chest muscles, abdomen muscles, back muscles, upper limb muscles, lower limb muscles, respiratory muscles, perineum muscles.
Muscle spindles, skeletal muscle fasciae, tendon sheaths, synovial bursae.
General knowledge about posture and walking.
