65924 - Agricultural and Forestry Mechanisation

Academic Year 2017/2018

  • Moduli: Michele Mattetti (Modulo 1) Roberta Martelli (Modulo 2)
  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures (Modulo 1) Traditional lectures (Modulo 2)
  • Campus: Bologna
  • Corso: First cycle degree programme (L) in Land and agro-forestry Sciences (cod. 8525)

Learning outcomes

At end of the course, the student will acquire the necessary knowledge on the operation and utilization of agricultural and forestry machinery. In particular, the student will be able to establish agro-forestry mechanization plans, choose machines and their combinations in relation to technological, cultural, structural, environmental and economic constraints.

Teaching methods

Lectures in class, in soil mechanics laboratory and in computer laboratory.

Assessment methods

The knowledge verification will be performed only through an oral examination for each module, which verifies the acquisition of knowledge and skills expected by an oral examination of about 30 minutes without the aid of notes or books.

The oral examination consists of 3 questions, on the different aspects analysed during the course. The final grade will be calculated as the arithmetic average of the grades obtained in all the 3 questions.

The final grade will be the weighted mean of both resuls.

Students wishing to take the examination in English are allowed
