Contenuti
“The goal of this seminar series is to equip students with a fair, honest, and up-to-date overview of how today’s companies work and what they look for in job candidates.
- What does each company department do and why?
- What skills and competencies are most coveted in today’s rapidly changing world?
- How is work changing and what do companies really look for in the leaders of tomorrow?
Think about this: medicine students spend hours learning how the human body works. Management students likewise need to be familiar with a company's functions and departments. This seminar offers an opportunity to deep dive into the characteristics of day-to-day company practices across a variety of industries and functions.
