Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire
This course discusses management in the context of an understanding of organizations based on decisions. Based on how people make decisions, the course discusses both the internal working of firms and their relations with their environments, as a function of the management of power and dependence relations. At the end of the course the student: - Knows how management activities may affect the quality of organizational decision-making - Is familiar with the political aspect of organizational decision-making processes - Has a basic knowledge of how the requirements of organizational decision-making processes should drive the design of organizations

- < 18. Fail. Considerable further work is required for an even basic understanding of the content of the course.
- 18-22. Sufficient. Understanding of the content of the course meets the minimum criteria; some mnemonic retention, little real understanding of the course topics.
- 23-24. Satisfactory. Some understanding of the course topics, with significant shortcomings.
- 25-27. Good. Good understanding of the course topics, with some errors.
- 28-30. Very good. Full understanding of the course content, possibly minor errors.
- 30 Lode. Perfect. Perfect understanding of the course content.
