Christian Betti is a PhD student of the University of Bologna since 2022 (38th cycle). He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Bologna in 2018 and 2022 respectively.

His current research activities are in the field of the electrical measurements and, in particular, modelling and metrological characterization of instrument transformers (ITs) and low-power instrument transformers (LPITs).
