For category C staff, the liability allowance ranges from EUR 1,830 to EUR 2,200 gross per annum (amounts according to the latest Supplementary collective bargaining agreement - CCIL 2023).

For EP category staff, the liability allowance is composed of the position salary (comprising the minimum position remuneration of EUR 3,099.00 gross per year, to which is added the position remuneration correlated to one of the three bands) and the results-based salary (equal to 10% of the amount due as position remuneration, paid following positive verification of results), up to a total maximum of EUR 8,400.00 gross per year (amounts provided for by the last Supplementary collective bargaining agreement - CCIL 2023).

The gross salary amounts are inclusive of the contractual holiday allowance.
The results-based salary is paid after verification of the degree of achievement of the set objectives, for not less than 20% of the total position remuneration and within the limits of the variable salary fund for managers.
