Programme profile

Graduates of the degree programme in Business Consultingand Corporate Relations have an in-depth knowledge of all the aspectsinterconnected with the labour law sector and the ability to apply itsregulations. They also have the skills of a philosophical/historical,computer-related, economic and sociological nature as well as in the areas ofprivate law, constitutional law, commercial law, tax law and procedural law.

The education plan is divided into two learning areas:the area of history, private law and constitutional law and the labour lawarea.

The course structure diagram includes the activation ofstrictly labour law course units, as well as course units with labour lawaspects that are both explicit and implicit.

The activities planned for the first year, whileintroductory and useful for ensuring adequate basic preparation, also havespecific qualities, consistent with the entire course structure diagram. Inthis framework, for example, the Institutes of Roman Law course unit isconceived and configured above all as an introductory session to thefundamental concepts of law.

These course units are combined with others, which arealso supplementary in nature, aimed at broadening the basic preparation andproviding the necessary skills in specific sectors, so as to complete theprofessional training.

The necessary connection between academic preparation andvocational training is guaranteed through establishing structured relationshipswith professional and productive entities. In fact, curricular internships areplanned in public and private institutions and bodies in order to providestudents with the working tools required to respond to the demands of the worldof work.

A significant part of broadening and developing thisknowledge is also delegated to the student's personal study.

Assessments on obtaining the abilities to apply knowledgeand understanding take place, according to the choices of individual teachers,through oral and written exams as well as by evaluating personal papers and thediscussion of issues in group activities, which results in mastering the toolsas well as the methods provided during studies.
