Learning outcomes

The goal of the course is to give the students a complete knowledge of companies law, negotiable instruments law.

Course contents

For all the students: the entrepreneur; company law.

Only for the students attending the course "Laurea Magistrale": negotiable instruments; bankruptcy and other proceedings for the crisis of the companies.

Teaching methods

Lectures aimed to make a framework - and to stimulate debates - about the main rules stated by our legal system.

Propaedeutic exams: Private Law; Constitutional Law.

Assessment methods

Oral examination aimed to verify the understanding of the regulatory scheme governing the sector.

To attend the exam, each student must sign up via AlmaEsami within the deadline. Those who cannot sign up must immediately (before the official closing of the subscription lists) communicate the problem to the teaching secretariat. Deciding whether to allow not enrolled students to attend the exam or not is up to the teacher.

The teacher will minute the final mark on the date set and indicated in Almaesami.
