Learning outcomes

The course focuses on fundamental principles of civil procedure. Students are supposed to have an active participation to lessons.

Course contents

The course will have special attention to:

constitutional principles

general principles of civil procedure

ordinary proceeding (first instance and way of remedies)

forced execution

special proceedings

european regulations in matter of civil procedure

Students are free to choose among the various handbooks in commerce.

Zucconi Galli Fonseca, Diritto dell'arbitrato, Bononia University Press, 2016 ((four chapters chosen by the student)

 

 

Teaching methods

Participation to lessons is not obliged, nevertheless is recommended to better understand the matter and the main topics.

Assessment methods

The first part of the exam, that is just oral, takes place with a commission of assistants, who will ask at least two questions regarding different parts of the program.

Then, the student will conclude the exam with the teacher, that may ask other questions.

Teaching tools

It is recommended to follow the course and Arbitration Law as well as European Union Procedure.
