Learning outcomes

At the end of the laboratory students will be aware and knoledgable about the contents, methods and strategies to prepare their own resume (CV) and will have obtained the relational abilities that allow them to succesfully face business interviews.

Course contents

During the first class it will be explained the structure and contents of the Laboratory., All along the course those topics will be deeply reviewed, analyzed and examined:

-The actual job market: Trends, Insights and forecast

-What the Companies and Universites expect from Graduates and the way around

-The different Tool’s Graduates need to be prepared to face Recruiting process

-The role of the Social Media in the job Market.

-Types of recruiting process and how they will be managed

- Roles of the new technology in the labour Market

“Finding a Job is itself a job”, students will be trained to gain capabilities to monitor job posting and afterwards their own applications. They will understand the characteristics and skills the market needs and how to match with their owns.

It will be asked to the students to work in team or on their own in different assignment, concerning CV, Business cases and Role plays.

During the course, some professionals might be invited to actively participate to the lessons. The goals will be to share their own experiences mixing theoretical contents with real and concrete issues.
