Learning outcomes

The Advanced Corporate Law seminar builds on the notions discussed in the Corporate Law lectures to provide an in-depth discussion of four topics: the law of takeovers, corporate groups, financial instruments and investment firms. The seminar is based on the discussion of cases and materials, hosting speakers from corporate practice, supervisory authorities and the judiciary

Teaching methods

The seminar is open only to students who have taken 94529 Corporate Law.
