Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student is able to apply the knowledge acquired in Data Mining, Text Mining And Big Data Analytics in order to carry out autonomously a project focusing on a topic agreed upon with the teacher.

Teaching methods
Assignment of a project work, to be developed individually, or up to two students, on the topics of one of the modules; tutoring will be available on demand.
Assessment methods
Presentation with powerpoint (available in the onedrive student account) and live demo of the software.
Evaluation of the delivered software, which must include:
- short report (in English) with the goal of the project
- installation instructions
- quality of the code
- quality of the documentation (in English)
- reference to the test data
If the project is developed in a Jupyter notebook (a colab notebook is preferred for text mining project), the report and the above mentioned information should be included in the same notebook, which should be self-contained, namely it should run without any teacher revision, e.g. each dataset, model and so on should be automatically downloaded by the notebook code.
