Course contents

Essential components of an organization and method of operation: what is an organization, analysis systemic, how is represented an organization.

Organizational model in health:the department, and act company.

Organization of radiation protection:biological effects of ionizing radiation, and the professionals involved.

Organization and staff management:the working time and the time of service, overtime, rights and responsibilities, part time, and the shift workers.

ECM: what is the ecm, the different forms, constraints and opportunities, organize an event

Readings/Bibliography

The bibliography will be provided during the lessons in the classroom along with the slides used by the teacher

Teaching methods

Lectures and discussions in plenary of flow charts and job prospects

Assessment methods

Oral examination with the aim to demonstrate the student's skills in organizing medical diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy.
