91830 - General and Social Pedagogy Workshop (G.C)

Learning outcomes

At the end of the workshop the student: - is able to move autonomously in applying the specific techniques learned independently or within projects organized by the institutions; - will know how to deal with other subjects on the methods of use and documentation of the techniques learned; - knows how to place the specific knowledge learned in different types of service; - will know how to evaluate the limits and merits of the technical tools learned; - will know how to transfer the technologies learned in different contexts by making personal modifications and additions.

Course contents

In the laboratory, students will acquire skills related to communication and specifically in the relationship between educators / families, with particular attention to situations of hardship, disability and specific problems that will be addressed during the laboratory in a theoretical and experiential manner. Cases will be presented on which to reflect individually and in the small group in order to be able to build useful and fundamental skills for the educational profession in childcare services. Communication as a relationship tool becomes the fulcrum of the educational work around which specific skills will develop.

Teaching methods

Being a laboratory, lectures will be held with exposure and resolution of specific cases and individual and small group work.

Assessment methods

The works carried out individually and in the small group during the workshop will be verified and presented to all participants.
