Call for applications Overseas 2024/25

If you are a student interested in applying, please follow these steps:

• Read the call for applications, the information sheets about the partner universities and Guidelines for the overseas study project.
• Check the language requirements.
• Read the FAQs carefully.
• Attend the information sessions  [.pdf 119 KB]focused on specific geographic area; (cambiare document).
• Submit your application online through AlmaRM as of 11 October 2023. Deadline: 14 November 2023, 1:00 p.m.
• Submit the ISEE certification called “Attestazione ISEE per prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario” by 30 October2023. The Overseas financial contribution, provided by the University of Bologna, will be defined on the basis of the economic condition resulting from the ISEE 2023 certification. All selected students will receive the financial contribution.
• on 8 January 2024 check your position on the ranking lists for the various exchange places on AlmaRM and, if you are amongst the winners, accept the exchange place of your preference online by 9 January 2024, 11:59 p.m.
• If you are not amongst the winners on the ranking lists published on 8 January, check the updated ranking lists which will be published on 10 January 2024 on AlmaRM; if you find yourself amongst these new winners, you will have to accept the exchange place assigned to you by 11 January 2024, 11:59 p.m., online through AlmaRM.
  Please note that once the exchange place has been accepted, it will be no longer possible to modify this choice or ask the relevant office to make any change. Accepting one exchange place will automatically lead to the cancellation from the other ranking lists in which you were previously selected or eligible candidate. Once the exchange place has been accepted, no changes can be made, even if requested before the deadline set for acceptance (Jan. 10, 11:59 p.m.).
• If you are applying for a position of Teaching Assistant and Research Fellow, check the dates for the mandatory application interviews.
