Learning outcomes
By participating in one of the workshops offered by the Social and Civic Skills group, students develop effective and constructive knowledge and skills necessary for proper and fruitful coexistence. Upon completion of the workshop, students will be able to apply social, civic, historical, and intercultural skills to analyze structures, phenomena, and mechanisms operating in the sociopolitical and legal spheres. They will have acquired the tools and knowledge necessary for active and informed participation in public life. They will also be able to critically interpret certain significant aspects of public and political life, at the national and/or international level, using tools and concepts that help foster reflective and engaged citizenship.
Course contents
The seminar examines constitutional justice systems, considering both the Italian model and those in other countries. Particular attention is given to the role of constitutional courts in upholding inviolable rights.
