The discussion in class will be focus on the relevant professional context and include the other skills that translators needs - in addition to the ability to translate - such as reviewing and formatting the texts, and acquiring new specific knowledge.
Readings/Bibliography
Students will use a variety of different texts that will be provided by the teacher. There is no textbook for this course. Any readings will be provided during the lessons.
Teaching methods
The lessons will be held as a "workshop" with a lot of room given for discussion. The translation work done in class will be predominantly group work. Attendance is compulsory.
