Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student will have acquired the principles, methods and tools to manage the following activities: design and realization of construction processes, planning and scheduling, bidding and contractual relationships, estimating and evaluation of project cash flows, critical path method, survey of construction procedures, cost control and effectiveness, supervision of the process.

Role of Prograns and Portfolios in the strategy of companies.

Program and Portfolio governance

The Program Charter

Components and the lifecycle of the programs: starting, changing, suspending and terminating(when needed).

The Building as a structured program.
