Luca Costa

Program Manager and Business Developer with experience at large companies operating in Innovative Business, Information Technology, and Strategy Consulting. He has gained strong consulting experience driving large implementations in complex environments, creating a culture for project management at several world-class customers.

He serves as Program Director for the Bologna Business School, where he teaches courses on project management, risk management, and change management.

In 2023, he joined the faculty of the University of Bologna as an adjunct professor, teaching the Management Control Systems Lab at the Department of Economics, Forlì Campus. In 2024, he also joined the Faculty of the Engineering-Architecture department of the same university (Bologna Campus), teaching in the Project Management Workshop I.C.

He’s active in Change Management Initiatives and has developed an original diagnostic tool for assessing change readiness.

He is a speaker at several international conferences on topics related to Project Management.
