Change management is a topic that is receiving increasing attention in the world of project and program management. Each project implies changes that have impacts of varying intensity depending on the project of the stakeholders involved and the culture of the environment in which they are carried out. The ability to change an environment or an organization derives from its ability to interpret what is happening in the surrounding world and in its sector of activity, and to learn new behaviors by synthesizing sustainable rules and procedures. The role of leaders is indispensable in this context.


A Change Readiness assessment allows us to determine the maturity of an environment with respect to specific aspects of change and, if repeated over time, allows us to measure the progress of the initiatives we are carrying out, as managers or as consultants in the organizations that have given us trust.
