Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student has acquired knowledge and skills of bioinformatics and data science, with direct applications on molecular biology, genetics, genomics and transcriptomics. In particular, the student will be able to: - Analyze nucleic acid sequences - Run basic operations of bioinformatics programming - Analyze -omics datasets, from quality control to biological interpretation - Predict mechanisms of transcriptional regulation
