Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student has general and specific knowledge of the lines of development of settlement patterns in Middle Ages, through the interactions between historical phenomena and spatial characters. The student is able to make appropriate use of archaeological data, sources and tools of different types; he/she has a specific and interdisciplinary knowledge of the evolution of settlements and their material culture and is able to plan and carry out an effective communication of specific contents also within heterogeneous work groups and cultural contexts.
